10/10 Experience! Me and my mom came for some products, and had no idea what to choose. Yet Kelsey gave us the BEST experience!!! She provided the best customer service that we both have never received before in Ulta. Truly, I am grateful to have met her, as she pampered us with the best care. You are awesome Kelsey, keep us the beautiful personality that you have! Unfortunately, I stood there and watched an employee offer to help several people. She stayed on the outer edge if the store and did not see me until I asked for help. If I could see her, she should have been able to see me. I will say she was very helpful when I finally got her attention. I was also disappointed they didn't have any of the birthday things in stock. The store is clean and well organized.

I had an amazing experience at Ulta Beauty - 601 E Trenton Rd! The store is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with a great selection of beauty products. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help with recommendations. Checkout was quick and easy, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and fun. Definitely my go-to place for all things beauty highly recommend this location!
