One of my favorite stores to buy my skincare and makeup. I wish they had more employees available to help you look for what you are looking for or to answer any questions you might have. I've never had no one approach me to offer help I always need to ask because there all busy. Only 1 register was open and there was a long line.
10/10 Experience! Me and my mom came for some products, and had no idea what to choose. Yet Kelsey gave us the BEST experience!!! She provided the best customer service that we both have never received before in Ulta. Truly, I am grateful to have met her, as she pampered us with the best care. You are awesome Kelsey, keep us the beautiful personality that you have! Unfortunately, I stood there and watched an employee offer to help several people. She stayed on the outer edge if the store and did not see me until I asked for help. If I could see her, she should have been able to see me. I will say she was very helpful when I finally got her attention. I was also disappointed they didn't have any of the birthday things in stock. The store is clean and well organized.
