They sell you and give you restrictions on the property ,then everyone has trash and old trailers in these acres and they have been there for over a year. Im selling my acres very disappointing.

Bought land because it had restrictions and then everyone starts to gather trash and rvs and I made a claim with them, months past by won’t return my calls but at the end they don’t do anything and don’t respect these rules so I’m selling now.

Turner Tract Subdivision - we bought our property in 2021 when we first met Krys, who sold us our property and she made the experience great - As first time property owners, we knew nothing but she taught us everything! After buying the property we were given a lock and 2 keys for our gate by Mr Ruppert, which is when he explained that the keys are special because he got them from out of town, and if we ever need more then we could let him know. Sure enough, a key was misplaced and we needed a copy, so we called Mr. Ruppert and he was quick to get us more copies - we made sure to take great care and not lose them! After a couple of years, the private road to our house has gotten very ugly from cars driving through to get to other properties but after reaching out to the Ruppert’s and the precinct, they were able to get caliche dumped and spread within a week of speaking to them!
I highly recommend Santa Cruz Properties to all my friends and family who are looking to buy because unlike other companies, The Ruppert’s will continue taking care of you if you have any questions or concerns!
