This is the absolute worst health care I have ever had . They do not do anything for you . I wasn’t even able to get a shingles medication, so a friend had to go to Mexico to get my prescription . Not one of my problems is ever addressed. I get a diagnosis and told to sit in the corner to suffer and die. They do not cover anything for you . Not really happy and can’t wait to switch to an insurance where I can get my basic needs covered

I had called to cancel and was juggled through all these numbers until the final one, claiming she was a supervisor or something, and said that she had filed out a cancellation for me and that it would go through in a month. I called Dec 9th and was still receiving payment reminders on Feb 2nd, so nearly 2 months later. Apparently no one had actually filed for my cancellation. Called a 4th time and now I have to call back another time because I was told I basically have to make sure that they do their job and actually cancel.
Update: They finally cancelled my membership at no extra charge, which I do appreciate. Added a star.

When you call the Molina Healthcare customer number it wants you press a number for department transfer and when you press the number it says invalid number. Apparently this has been going on for years by other reviews I've read.
