Elena was super helpful and made my experience a great one. The time she took to show me different options for hair toppers and educating me on them was much appreciated. These are definitely an investment but you can be confident in the quality. I like that she's trained to customize the topper or wig to your liking or needs and has first hand experience of the products she sells. She shared with me the more breathable options the different coverage options and the differences with each. I couldn't be happier with the service that I was given. I never once felt pressured to purchase and that meant a lot to me because it's definitely something to plan for (at least for my budget) but when I'm ready I will definitely be returning.
