Great customer service, amazing experience

Always a great experience with Glamour dogs.

Primera y última vez, llevé a mi mascota y cuando fui a recogerla está muy asustada y lastimada. Pésimo corte toda trasquilada. Su escusa fue que estaba muy agresiva. Eso me lo hubieran dicho antes. Hay que aprender a reconocer lo poco profesionales que son.

Your response only shows how unprofessional this situation truly was. At no point did anyone tell me she was “unfinished” when I picked her up. I was handed my dog with no explanation other than “she was aggressive,” which was surprising because she has never acted that way before. If you were unable to complete the service, that should have been communicated clearly before giving her back to me.

Yes, I said I did not want her fully shaved—but that does not excuse the uneven, hacked-off haircut she was given. A professional groomer works with what they can or simply informs the owner that the service cannot be completed. Instead, you chose to continue, do a poor job, and still not explain afterward.

What’s even more concerning is that once I got home, I noticed cuts on her skin—injuries that absolutely did not happen before arriving at your facility. For you to claim she was “not injured” is simply untrue. I will be adding photos of both the haircut and the injury so people can see for themselves.

I’m not here to argue back and forth. I’m sharing my experience so other pet owners can be aware of the lack of communication, care, and professionalism during this service.

I took my pet here hoping to find a reliable groomer, but unfortunately the experience was the complete opposite. When I arrived to pick her up, she was screaming—something she has never done before. The groomer claimed she was being “aggressive,” which is completely out of character for her. If that were truly the case, they should have stopped the service and told me they could not continue, instead of sending her back to me with a haircut that looks like a child got ahold of scissors.

On top of that, the groomer told me that if I ever brought her back, I would need to sedate her and feed her the medication in front of him. No apology, no explanation, just here’s your dog and this is your total. I didn’t question him at that moment, but once I got home I noticed several cuts on her—now it made sense why she was terrified and screaming, not barking or acting aggressive, just scared.

Overall, this was an extremely disappointing and concerning experience. Definitely not a place I trust or will return to. So much for ‘glamour’.

They are very professional. I always take my cat and dog to get their nails done there.

Been bringing our dogs here for a couple years! They are good and the dogs are used to this place and well behaved.
