About Genesis Pediatric Endocrinology
Based on the reviews, Genesis Pediatric Endocrinology has both positive and negative aspects. The staff is described as respectful, friendly, and helpful. However, the office staff in Brownsville has received complaints for being rude and unprofessional. Some patients have considered switching doctors because of the front desk. The office in McAllen has new employees who are doing a great job and are very organized. Overall, the medical care is praised, but the front office experience can vary by location and staffing.
I’ve been going to Dr. Sarma since she first opened. Since I was 7 years old. I am now 19. While it is tolerable, it’s rather unprofessional. Dirty carpets, painted rooms with random stickers and posters. The phlebotomist is nice to me. She likes to keep a conversation. The reception staff are always changing, so I don’t know them. Either way, they never hold a professional tone.
Someone needs to take over this office and make it great because there only a few endos for children in the RGV and for this clinic to be horrible is very disappointing front desk sucks rude confused never send out refills , forms , prescriptions, never answer calls , never call for updates or to inform you about something you literally have to find out that day you arrive for your appointment then they play it off like we did call you no you didn’t !! , keep you on hold for while front desk is rude especially the lady that doesn’t know English with glasses she’s rude they don’t care about the patients that’s very sad especially they get alot of patients with...read full review
Worst place ever, I was denied services for being late 10 min ,mind you I drove all the way from Rio Grande. I called all Friday to ask for a later time since my appointment was on Monday at 8:30 am and no answer, the RECEPTIONIST was the absolute WORST very rude and UNPROFESSIONAL….. short staffed and everything this place is not good at all!!!! NEVER going there again!!!
