I went in today for blonde highlights with Hairstyle Donna for the very first time trusting her to do her magic in my hair. I was so amazed and extremely happy on the turn out of my highlights OMG!! It is just beautiful exactly what I was looking for!!! I just found my favorite new stylist . I really recommend this beauty lounge they work very professional and very clean work . Facility and service was a 10/10 . I also do my lashes with Diana and she also amazed me on how long my lashes last don’t have to go often a 10/10 Great customer service ! Loved it ❤️

Got my haircut earlier tonight by Kassy & I showed her inspo pics & she literally gave me exactly what I wanted not even exaggerating when I say copy & paste. I’m beyond happy with my new haircut, it gave me a big boost of confidence ❤️

called me 5 minutes before my appointment to tell me my stylist was running 4 hours late….i asked for a refund on my deposit and they agreed to do it however two days passed and still no refund. Decided to call the store and remind them that they owe me a refund, got an email that my refund was processed as soon as we hung up the call. Very unprofessional, irresponsible, and VERY poor time management on their end.

I had virgin hair, I knew I wanted to change, but wasn't too sure about going blonde. I showed Yari a few pictures of what I had in mind, and she gave me advice on colors that would best suit me (not blonde) and made it happen. What I love is that she also educates you on the dos and don'ts of hair care, including products she recommends to keep your hair looking beautiful and freshly done for as long as possible. All of the staff are always super helpful and accommodating. BTW, she also does an excellent job with haircuts!

$385 to mess up my hair and they charged my credit card for this mess. And they refused to refund claiming they could fix it despite them toning or washing it 5 times!!! Waste of 6 hrs. These people don't know how to do hair. Don't know color or how to tone.
Update: they attempted to fix it only to make it worse. I don't recommend this place for balayge or color at all.

I am 56 and haven’t been to a salon in over 10 yrs and I was having a little anxiety, the staff is so friendly and welcoming.
