DIRTY DOG - Top Grooming

I took my almost 12-year-old pug, who is practically deaf and blind just to get his nails cut. They were super nice and caring. You could see that they really cared about your animal. I will definitely be going back but when I do go back, my pug is going to have a full spa day he deserves it.

Service was cheap but I had to help the groomer clip my dogs nails and you would expect for a dog grooming salon for them to have the equipment for this. Also when I had called in advanced nothing was mentioned that they only accept cash so that was inconvenient as well.

I’m only giving two stars because my dog did not actually get serviced. But like some previously mentioned post the McAllen location is very shady. I dropped my dog off and noticed the building is under a different name. When I asked the guy if this was dirty dog he said yes. I stepped out looked at the bad reviews and saw what they were talking about as far as cleanliness and customer service. I walked back in and took my dog home
