Took my dog Tito and was very happy with the overall customer service. Tito came out smelling so good that I was hugging him all day. Overall I’m very happy and will continue to bring my baby Tito here.
I take 2 of my dogs there have been all year. I have a golden doodle, they charge me $95 every time. Then all of a sudden want to charge $120 because "of the amount of work". They've been grooming him this whole entire year, they should have said something a year ago. I'm not paying $120 every 2 weeks. Petco offered a much better price.
I took my almost 12-year-old pug, who is practically deaf and blind just to get his nails cut. They were super nice and caring. You could see that they really cared about your animal. I will definitely be going back but when I do go back, my pug is going to have a full spa day he deserves it.
