I had the best experience at Womens DHR Emergency hospital. I had gone to the edinburg hospital that morning and they refused to help they poked me and had me wait in a lobby for 4hours. I asked to be discharged and left straight to DHR. Upon arrival the receptionist was so kind and knew I needed comfort she made sure I got helped right away. My nurse was an Angel she comforted me after the bad news of my miscarriage the doctors were very helpful and made sure to explain everything my body would be going through. I appreciate the care they gave me.
Let me tell you you how extremely nervous I was going in for my D&C and Ablation. After reading so many negative reviews I was terrified! I am so glad I didn’t have that experience at all! My experience here was AMAZING! The pre op nurses, the OR Nurses and post op nurses are god sent! They are truly the best they made me feel so comfortable!
The nurses are kind but have no sense of urgency. Every time we need help, we are met with a wait time of an hour or longer, and it applies to every task or requests. As I write this, they’ve forgot to check up on us after calling for help. Embarrassing.
