Dr. Blackert and the staff are so caring, empathetic and knowledgeable. I Went to ER clinic for my dog vomiting blood. I left with a hefty bill, shot to stop vomiting and no answers. The next morning, Dr Blackert gave me answers, medication and was reasonable cost. I thought my dog was dying and now she's back to just lazt 10 1/2 year old lab! I'm so thankful for the kindness of everyone there and the knowledgeable answers to all my concerns.
We absolutely love Dr. Blackert and the entire team at East Bernard Animal Hospital! They treat our dogs like their very own. The moment I even say a word that sounds like “Blackert,” my girls sprint to the door because they think they’re headed to see their favorite people! Everyone there greets us like family and goes out of their way to make my pups feel comfortable and loved. I couldn’t ask for a better veterinary clinic — they’re truly the heart of small-town care.
Dr. Blackert and all the East Bernard Animal Hospital staff are consummate professionals! Regardless of the reason for seeing a client's pet, their kindness, proficiency, understanding, and steadfast commitment to quality care are repeatedly evident and second to none.
