E.B. Air, LLC

E.B. Air, LLC is a third generation, family owned and operated HVAC business in East Bernard, Texas. They are a great company to do business with, and great service is their standard. Technicians are on time, professional, and explain everything clearly. Work is done quickly, the price is fair, and systems run perfectly. The company is always willing to come out and assist at any time. One customer’s AC went out and a tech arrived within an hour, got them up and cooling shortly thereafter—a prompt response and a true testament to a family business. Another customer left for vacation, and a technician showed up within 20 minutes, diagnosed the issue, changed the capacitor, cleaned coils, cleared the condensation line, and provided an invoice matching the initial estimate, all in less than an hour. In another case, instead of selling a new control board, a tech changed settings to communicate with a basic thermostat, saving the customer over $1k on parts alone. That’s more than customer service; that’s customer care. E.B. Air is the best company, with heartfelt thanks for their exemplary service.
