A few days ago I went to insane ink right before they were about to close because my tongue piercing that I got somewhere else, the ball came off and he was able to change out the jewelry, didn’t even charge me a change out or for the new piercing. It was just a three week piercing too and swollen and Jerry made sure to tell me how to bring the swelling down and what could help sense it also got irritated with the top ball falling out and the bar sliding a lot. Came here for my last two tattoos and it never disappoints. I appreciate you Jerry! Thanks!

I went in there with a earing that was too small and came out with a perfectly sized earing for cheap too. The guy was nice very good customer service and was gentle with my ear the place was clean and sanitary and very well decorated gave us some good advice and sent us on our way
