If there was an option for 0 stars, I would give it that. Everytime I come to this clinic, I have to wait for at least 3 hrs. Last time, I waited for 5 hrs. It's completely ridiculous! What type of clinic makes you wait past 2 hrs!? The worst part is that, that's the norm around here (Eagle Pass). Exaggerated wait times and terrible customer service. When I arrived at the clinic, the secretary did not even greet me, she just slid the sign-in chart on the counter towards me without saying a word!
