The 5 star reviews are not true... the pool, hot tub are filthy... they don't enforce people to shower before getting in... the floor in the women's area feels nasty... the night staff need some manners...canceling my membership

Horrid management. Some of the rudest staff of any club I have ever visited or been a member of over many decades of interaction. This location's operations manager was simply disgusting and portrayed some of the worst customer service skills I have ever witnessed in my lifetime. She was just horrid. I contacted the corporate office and they weren't happy with her actions, at all. She needs to be retrained, disciplined, or terminated. Corporate assured me the situation would be addressed. This is a really bad location. Save your time... stay away. Way overpriced... anyway, TBO.

The instructors start the classes SUPER LATE, and end them early. Too bad bc the instructors aren’t bad. Front desk had 4 ladies just having a good time amongst themselves, one of them might turn around occasionally and greet a member. It’s too bad bc the other gym is way too far for me.

Membership not worth it. I joined because of the pool and the pool is not clean and there’s mildew in the hot tub. The restroom always smells like urine. It’s overall unkept

After 7pm not many people are in the gym. Plenty of open machine, but some free weights are missing for om rack.

I work out at many LA fitnesses and this has been the worst so far. It has the dirtiest bathroom. Disgusting. Latches broken on bathroom doors, showers are filthy, and toilets have never been cleaned. Also the crowds that go here are unfriendly. The front desk guy was half asleep and unfriendly too. The only thing great about this place was the pool as it was clean and no one there. Also no wifi. :( I give this a 2.5 out of 5.

I am extremely disappointed in this place, my small children were in the locker room with their mother because the childcare closed early and they had her come to get them, she was in the stall when the cleaning lady grabbed my son and daughter and took them outside the building, my wife was panicked running all over looking for them, the gym is huge btw, when she finally found them outside she reported it to the manager Darryl and he told her "you people" think you can break the rules, my wife called me she was crying, we never went back there.
