It was a Friday afternoon, the vibe was very relaxed with no wait time. Walk-ins are welcomed. The owner had a wonderful personality. She offered exceptional customer service. What stood out was the attentiveness throughout my time there. The nail lady was very personable but the quality of her work was a bit disappointing. My nails were different lengths and the dipping powder experience was not quite what I’ve become accustomed to. Glamour Nails & Spa is located in The Village shopping center with ample parking and they are wheelchair accessible. I’ll give them another try.

My daughter wanted her nails done last minute before school started on Sunday afternoon and we stopped by and service was great! She loved her nails! She also forgot her purse with all her belongings and I called the next day and they had it and returned it!! Thank you so much for your honesty and great service! We’ll be back ?Services: Manicure

I had to return before my two weeks was up. I'm giving the Glamour Nails & Spa a second chance at making a better first impression on me. The young lady that greeted me was pleasantly nice when I entered. I asked her name she said her name was Tammy. She was very inviting and I was able to get my nails redone Free Of Charge after contacting Van the owner. I'll definitely make this spot a choice every time I'm in the Duncanville area.
