If you are considering yoga, I recommend you give her a try. This was my first class. This will not be my last class. I really enjoyed myself. Didn’t know my body needed it I walked in one way and walked out feeling like a whole new person
I have been going to choose again yoga for years now started prior to covid. It has been great for my health and mental wellness, Iloveit .I will continue to go as long as Sandy has her studio open. I love the atmosphere and energy when I attend classes. Another plus is the Sacred Stonez store with herbs, incense, and stones.
Choose Again Yoga = Duncanville, Texas. I discovered this jewel studio because I needed to get back into shape after long absence from yoga. Sandy (owner) is amazing at all levels and I have 20 years of yoga experience to know what is outstanding. With her tutoring, my body is rebounding quicker than I could have imagined. I highly recommend her studio. FYI, I rarely leave recommendations, but must share because so good.
