I have been attending Yoga classes here for roughly 9 or 10 years. Sandy is an amazing instructor and Owner. I would recommend anyone to come and check the studio out! Also visit the metaphysical store nextdoor!

I’m new to yoga (less 5 times in my life)The experience I had this evening with the Hot Yoga class was OUT OF THIS WORLD amazing! Cannot recommend it enough. The exercise was great, the instructor was superb, and the environment was perfect for physical and psychological decompression.Can’t wait to go back.
