They are AWESOME!!! Talked directly to Pablo Valdez the owner. His son, Rubens crew did an outstanding job. They took old roof off and put new one on all in 1 day. They are very professional. They left not 1 nail nor any trash.

Had a great experience with Valdez roofing. Communicated directly with Ruben Valdez who coordinated the replacement of the roofs on both of our houses after the panhandle hail storms this summer. The roofers finished the job in a day, arrived early, worked hard and cleaned up after themselves before they left. The roofs look exceptional and we’ve received many compliments. Ruben worked with us every step of the way and was a huge help to me personally with talking me through the process. He even followed up after the roof was replaced to ensure we were completely satisfied with the roof.
10/10 would recommend and would use again.

Valdez roofing was very professional they were in and out same day. They left my yard and driveway cleaner than it was before they started work that little bit of detail was a big difference maker for me. The roof looks way better and I will for sure be using them in the future if a storm ever damages it again. I highly recommend Valdez roofing and John Villan helped with the process and helped replacing the windows. By far the best contractors I’ve ever used.

Called Valdez roofing due to leaking roof in multiple areas of home. Was reassured someone would call me to set up an appt. After not hearing anything back I called again and explained I had called previously and was still waiting for someone to come out. Finally someone went out when I wasn’t home to get up on the roof and “inspect” the roof. I get a call and the gentleman says “we checked out your roof and overall your roof is in great condition” I said what do you mean? It is a fairly new home but The damn thing looks far from good and good from a far. Did you not see the 10 missing shingles in the front that were ripped off from wind damage and the soft areas from water damage from the leaks we’ve been having? He said “oh you’re having leaks” I said “huh yes! That was the whole purpose of calling you guys out” He said “oh well Um let me get with my team and see what we can do about this” . . I still have yet to hear anything back which makes me wonder if possibly they installed the roof or know the builder because the sound of crickets isn’t sitting quite right with me! ? if my leaking shingle missing roof is a “great condition roof” I’d hate to see what a bad condition roof looks like to this company!Service: Roof inspection
