I really cannot say enough good things about this place. The staff is incredible; kind, patient, knowledgeable. I was really scared when I brought our 12 yo domestic short hair kitty in because she’d lost some weight. Everyone was so kind to her and the vet even had her purring while he examined her. They were helpful and informative with their prognosis and I would highly recommend taking your animals here.

We are fairly new to the area. This clinic, and the staff is the very best. They have gone above and beyond every time we’ve made an appointment or had something come up last minute. I highly recommend this clinic. They truly care about their patients!!

When our Hill Country getaway was interrupted by an apparent UTI in our senior dog, we looked to Google to see if we could find a nearby vet with good reviews. West Side was only 15-20 minutes away, and it sounded good. We were lucky that there was a mid-morning cancellation, and they were able to work us in.Dr. Warren met us at the car, ready to collect some urine to confirm our suspicion. They had gotten in touch with our regular vet and knew about our dog's background and history. After a few minutes she came in to confirm our suspicion with a good explanation and a photo from the microscope.
