Have brought my cat for boarding twice now and they have taken great care of her! Her last stay we had to unexpectedly extend, and they were very accommodating and I was even able to ship extra food for her via Amazon and they provided updates and complimentary enrichment! We recently boarded a sweet boy Beau at Stay N Play and were thrilled with the care he received. We boarded him under the Rancher's Retreat All Inclusive package which gives a morning walk, 3x play times and 1x enrichment activity + a pup treat daily. We received daily report cards that included notes and pictures and we could tell Beau was so happy and cared for. It is such a relief to find a place that truly loves your pet while you are away!
We’ve had a great experience with Stay-N-Play Pet Ranch. The staff is wonderful, super attentive, and you can tell they genuinely care about the dogs.
We especially love the report cards. Apparently our dogs have a more active social life while we’re gone than we do. 😂 It’s great getting the updates, photos, and little details about how they’re doing because it gives us peace of mind when we’re away.
The team pays attention, communicates well, and makes leaving our dogs behind a whole lot easier. At this point, I’m pretty sure the dogs think we’re the ones going to boarding and they’re headed to vacation.
