I had a really great experience at ARC. The doctor I saw, Robert Norris, was extremely professional, easy to talk to, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. He really took the time to explain everything clearly and didn’t rush the appointment.

What stood out most to me was the customer service. I actually spoke on the phone with two different staff members, and both of them were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. They truly cared about my situation and made an effort to walk me through everything, especially since I’m uninsured. I highly recommend Dr. Norris at the ARC in Dripping Springs. Great attention, diagnosis, and great communication for an excellent experience. Less that a day, and I feel so much better after taking first dose of prescription.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Norris for at least 20 years, and I truly can’t imagine going through so many chapters of life without his care and support. From my early 20s when I was struggling with infertility, to finally having my first baby at 25—and then a surprise second at 37—he’s been there every step of the way.
