The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. My only complaint is their limited business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. If you work in Austin, it's nearly impossible to get there before they close, and since they're not open on weekends, picking up lenses or taking care of anything outside of work hours can be very difficult.

I was visiting Dripping Springs and my stay lasted a little longer than I anticipated so I ran out of contacts. They quickly hooked me up with a sample pack to get me through until I returned home - at no charge! Friendly office and quick service. Thank you!!!!
