I hired Duffin Custom Homes (AKA Duffin Design Build) to replace the handrails on 4 porches! The "workmanship" was atrocious! She admitted the work was horrible and she NEVER CAME BACK TO FIX IT! Now, I am stuck with the ugliest carpentry work I have ever seen! Huge gapping spaces in joints! Terrible cuts! And, my porches are DANGEROUS! I will need to replace the "stair job" on the long porch so no one gets hurt when it collapses $$$$! I will need to repair all the kebony decking that is already coming loose, so no one trips $$$$! If I could give Teresa 100 stars I would. When we moved to Austin from San Diego in 2016 we purchased a custom home from Teresa, a beautiful custom home! The attention to detail, the design and all the high-end finishes sold us. We had several projects after we moved in and we hired Teresa to complete them. Everything Teresa did was done on-time, professional and exactly what we wanted., her subs were great too! Another benefit of having Teresa build your house or do your remodel is that she is always there when you need her. I adopted 2 puppies who destroyed 4 of my kitchen cabinets .
