One customer praised their honesty and genuine care after a major AC failure, noting the relief of dealing with technicians who truly cared about doing the job right. Another reviewer was happy with the outstanding service from Caleb and Alex, who did an awesome job repairing an older A/C system. Rick and his crew installed an AC unit in a cabinet shop, doing a great job that kept materials acclimated and prevented sweating in the Texas heat. A long-time customer, after 20 years with their old unit, appreciated that Rick was not pushy, personable, and friendly. He checked the home, found the ventilation system in bad shape, and gave a fair price for both the AC unit and ductwork. The crew arrived on time, was respectful, put down floor covering, and completed the job within 10 hours, leaving everything clean. The new unit runs unbelievably quiet. Highly recommended.
We had a houseful of out of country guests staying with us and the upstairs ac went out Saturday night in late July! I left a message Sunday morning hoping for a Monday morning visit. Rick called me back Sunday morning and he had us up and running by lunch! Great team and very knowledgeable. Thank you for rescuing us!!
