“The staff & owners of Oak Creek Dental could not have been more professional, informative, kindly, straight forward or fun to deal with. This was our first visit and we were treated as if we were long & dear friends and most-valued clients. My wife's dental needs (dentures) are not small by any means - the plan they developed for her was precise and seemingly exactly right for her given her issues and our ability to pay for them. Their plan for my wife's future work included all costs noted to the penny, along with an explanation of exactly what we could expect to happen and the time frames thereto. They did not try to "push" or "upsell" any non-requested or substantially more expensive options on us, something we very much appreciate. We were referred to Oak Creek Dental by our dental insurance company (Guardian), as such, the financial side of the undertaking was wonderful. Based on our experience with Oak Creek, we do not hesitate to recommend them to others! Btw, our take on their efforts was that it had nothing to do with the referral source. Our sense is that they treat all their patients this way, all of the time. The world truly needs more people who act like this, especially in these uncertain and sometimes "mean" times. We felt like real people with real needs to them and not just an opportunity to earn more money. God love them - we certainly do!“
