“Our water bill was $200 more than previous months. The City of Austin came out and discovered the water meter was running even with all water shut off. I texted Arnold at A Deal and they came out that same day to evaluate the situation. He determined that it was a leak near the meter on our side (not the city side). To fix the issue they had to dig down approximately 5 feet and repair the problem. A faulty sprinkler system install 25 years ago had a gasket that had gave way. Roots were growing up inside the pipes. They mentioned tree roots will find the source of water and grow towards it (and into the pipe in our case). Now the meter is no longer running and our water pressure is so much stronger (now that tree roots are not growing up inside the new pipes). I am so happy with their work. Highly recommend Arnold and his whole team at A Deal.“

When searching for builders its important to find one that is similarly like minded when it comes to energy efficiency and construction. Build Native naturally did what I was looking for construction wise, while other builders we interviewed were happy to build houses the way they thought was right, but not necessarily energy efficiently. The house is aging well and there have been only a few waranty items which Nick quickly took care of. “Good selection and fair prices. Unfortunately they don’t operate during the showcased hours online. Need to show up well in advance to ensure the gates aren’t closed. It’s seems to be just based on who is operating the business on that day as to when they decide to close. Make sure you call ahead of time so you don’t make a trip for no reason.
