Our older BMW X1 needed a new radiator. Long story short: it ended up needing a whole lot more after the initial part replacement, in part because the replaced part was bad (it happens). Mark took complete ownership of all the issues and was great to communicate with. The issue was fully resolved and I'll be going back again in the future.

He has been of great assistance to me in advising me of existing problems and letting me know ways in which I can increase my vehicle's longevity.I drive a 2011 Volvo XC 60 with all-wheel drive. He has changed the oil, all of its filters, performed a wheel alignment and other repair work.He does great work and his prices for the services rendered are very reasonable. I drive over 20 miles to have him work on our cars because it is worth it.He makes an appointment with you and he keeps it.
