Loved the entire experience with Carter Floors! This was our second opportunity to work with them and it exceeded all expectations! Stacy was extremely helpful with choosing floor (and o so patient). Jeremy and the install team was wonderful and the oversight and follow up was top notch. They truly love what they do and are just genuinely great people who do great things!
My wife and I were very uncertain and particular about our engineered flooring selection. Carter Floors was very patient and supportive of our lengthy decision-making process. When we finally made our choice, we were super pleased with the results.
We got flooring and bathroom tile from Carters. They did a great job! Otis oversaw the work and they were detail oriented. It was also nice to visit their showroom in Drip to see and feel all of the options in person. We recommend them!
