Velma is a rare gem. I called her very early in the morning because the notary public I scheduled with ghosted me. Velma took me in on a Saturday morning without even knowing me or having an appointment and was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. She was a blessing! Thanks to her, I was able to send out my passport documentation on time :) Thank you Velma ?❤️ ?
