Border Air Conditioning & Heating

I would recommend Border highly.
Eddie and his crew installed a new ac system at my mother in laws house back in 2020. House had 6 window units and were running constant.
After installing complete system, house in summer and winter is great.
Since 2020, only had to call him out 3 times, once a few years ago to show my mother in law, who lived by herself, how to work the thermostat. (Courtesy call)
And twice so far this year. One for a clogged condensate line and today to replace condensing unit fan motor and another part linked to it.
All three times Eddie had tech’s there within 30 minutes to 3 hours after I called.
Can’t say this will happen every time but he does… read full review

Mr. Eddie and his technicians are top notch. I got 2, 3.5 ton units installed in 2024 and have made 2 calls for service so far. Within 20 minutes they were out to my place. Mind you, I leave in Mission and the company is in Donna. Not only was it fast service, techs were very respectful and knowledgeable. They troubleshooted the issue and immediately fix the problem. I highly recommend Border Air conditioning and heating for any service and or new installations. Border lives up to their word when it comes to warranties and integrity. Mr. Eddie is a 5 star rating owner and the company with crew as well. Thank you Border AC for your service to the Rio Grande Valley.
