Mr. Eddie and his technicians are top notch. I got 2, 3.5 ton units installed in 2024 and have made 2 calls for service so far. Within 20 minutes they were out to my place. Mind you, I leave in Mission and the company is in Donna. Not only was it fast service, techs were very respectful and knowledgeable. They troubleshooted the issue and immediately fix the problem. I highly recommend Border Air conditioning and heating for any service and or new installations. Border lives up to their word when it comes to warranties and integrity. Mr. Eddie is a 5 star rating owner and the company with crew as well. Thank you Border AC for your service to the Rio Grande Valley.

Unbelievable service.had a small leak that was missed, the owner sent a tech out within 15 min repaired serviced and am up and running.tech very knowledgeable and willing to explain process. Great job thanks border air

Eddie was great and sent a technician out right away when we called, and the technician, Miguel, was right on time for the appointment. Miguel was incredibly knowledgeable and did a thorough job, taking the time to explain exactly what needed to be done in a clear way. On top of the great service, the pricing was very reasonable.
