An absolute 10-star experience! The facility is top-notch, exceptionally clean, and run by a team that truly understands animals. The daily photos and video updates gave us complete peace of mind while we were away.
The staff were just incredible! They truly treated Boomer like their own! They have genuine affection and care and I had complete peace of mind knowing Boomer was in such loving, capable hands. The daily updates and happy tail wags said it all. This is going to be Boomers new home away from home!
Thank you all for taking care of him!
We found Sally wandering the streets of Bonham as a puppy. We’ve never had a large dog before and we quickly learned that she had way too much energy for us and was a wild child LOL I searched local trainers and found Pampered Paws. I scheduled a visit and was very pleased with what I saw and felt. I signed up for 3 weeks of board & train. Savannah did an incredible job! She kept us updated with pictures and videos every day. We’ll be scheduling follow up sessions to continue learning positive skills. I highly recommend Pampered Paws Dog Hotel!!
We just recently moved to Bonham and were looking for a new boarding place for our 4 fur babies. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pampered Paws to everyone! Our 4 BIG fur babies were so well taken care of! We saw pictures and video’s online everyday showing them having so much fun. Even our oldest pup (11 years old) came home happy and relaxed. Their environment was always clean and when we picked them up after 8 long days, they were fresh smelling and so happy to see us. We will forever use Pampered Paws in the future
