Dr Jana was informative , and made my mother feel heard and like she knew her personally. She went through all of her medical history and addressed all her concerns

Clinic gave me wrong doses, was supposed to get a 2 dose and they have me a 3 dose. Take your time and go to a clinic that has techs that actually pay attention to WHAT THEY ARE GETTING PAID TO DO. Complete incompetence in my personal opinion.

I had a visit with a fantastic nurse practitioner yesterday and a blood draw today. I didn’t even feel the needle! Everyone was so nice, from the front desk to the medical assistant, the provider and the phlebotomist. Very clean, plenty of parking, and even had great reading material in the waiting room. Even the other patients were nice! It was so convenient (close to wear I live) and I was seen on time every time I’ve been there. Thank you so much for the care I’ve been receiving ever since moving to Texas a few years ago. I’m so glad I chose UTMB. I love that they are an academic institution as well.

I was a patient for over 5 yrs. at the Dickinson location. I saw two different Drs. there during this time-the first one was more concerned with if I "ironed" the jeans that I was were, than to inquire why I was using a cane to walk on multiple visits that I say her. The second Dr. of whom I saw for the majority of the 5 yr. period gave little to none feedback to any issue/concern that I brought up-it was as if I was talking to myself-never any follow through. Which always made me uncomfortable. I continued to see this Dr. because I believe that continuum of care is important. I finally was [forced] to leave this facility due to the narcissistic , abusive behavior of the staff-starting from the top to the bottom-infringe on patients rights, to be treated with respect and dignity. I am sure I will get the "pat" response to this review from the "Office of Patient Affairs". But, as far as I am concerned, these individuals know who they are-and would not have behaved in the manner which they did, if they did not [know] that they could get away with treating patients this way. So I will not waste my time/energy with a formal complaint. As I trust-FATE will eventually catch up with them.

One of the best Doctors is Dr Jana. She is one of the best .I just so love her.She's been my good Fr for many years now.She literally cares a great deal about her patients.Im glad im one.I wouldn't trade hrr for no other Dr

Most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to. Look like they hired the front end off the street somewhere with no type of respect for elderly or for the younger adults. I do not recommend this as a family PCP. You’ll sit for three hours and see a doctor for two minutes in and out did not care about patience.

Had my annual wellness check and prescriptions refilled by Susan John, RN, who did a thorough job. The highlight though, was the blood draw at the Lab, performed by Crystal. I explained the past history of the difficulty in drawing blood from my veins as they are small and “roll”. She took the time to evaluate each potential poke site and explained the ways in which to mitigate any issues. Before I knew it, Crystal was done and I didn’t even feel any discomfort! Cheers to your professional staff!!

Loved , this clinic! The staff, were absolutely amazing, front staff, nurses, medical assistants, Dr Sara, Youssef was so professional and so sweet, I was very nervous & I felt so comfortable being there.The facility is super clean, love it!
