This was my first time to visit Cost Cutters. I really didn’t know what to expect, so I was a little apprehensive. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They took time to show me how to use the website to check to see if my stylist was working the day I needed an appointment and how to book a time she would be open. I think the staff had me laughing the whole time I was there. I will definitely be back soon to get another haircut and beard trim.

Thao is an amazing colorist. The price is perfect and she is very knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered. I love this place. They have exceeded my expectations each time I go.
Appointment was not met. Several people had an 11:00 appointment. The care giver for my wife.did not come to my house and I couldn’t wait for an appointment that was a variable. A few minutes would have been fine.
