I have these strange looking recessed lights in kitchen ... fixtures remind me of a space ship & there is NO way I can replace myself. When I ordered on Home Depot site it gave me option to have someone contact me about installing them, I clicked yes. Shortly after I got a call from a really nice gentleman, Jimmy. He went over their serice fee & i scheduled them for instllation couple days later. I was sent a text confirming the appointment & who would be the service tech. Called ProLectric and got a quote over the phone for a light fixture issue and they came out the next day. The electricians were efficient, diagnosing and fixing the problem in less than 30 minutes. The cost was a little lower than the initial quote. They were also personable and respectful, answering my questions fully and patiently. This was my first time to contact them, and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
