Lanco service stands above and beyond. I feel that when I call Lanco I’m calling family. All the guys dispatched are expert in diagnosing and solving the issues that every homeowner experiences. The intake process is super customer focused and friendly. Love ‘em!

Able to get an appt. quickly; office dispatcher was conscientious and communicative; service person was courteous and knowledgeable; prices were reasonable. An excellent experience overall!

John found and remedied the problem quickly and advised me on follow up if it happens again. Thankfully it was a simple problem with a simple solution. However I did have to pay for a full price service call that was priced to cover a longer time. I appreciate that Lanco comes promptly and always gets the job done.
