The staff is the best. I had total knee replacement surgery and wasn't happy about the rehab. But I've been pushed in the best way possible by Mrs, Alma, Mrs. Kristi. These ladies have helped me progress in the best way possible. I appreciate them as Physical Therapist and as genuine people. And it does not stop there staff wise, Ms. Monique the Office Manager, Chica, Travis and Tyler are all equally good as well. Whole staff is caring, concerned and very informative. The are not just there to do a job, they care about everyone's recovery. I appreciate them all and would recommend anyone to them. Thank you all keep up the good work.

Great place but they like to change your appointments on you alot. Be carefull, because it screws people over when they keep changing appts

I went in for an MRI scheduled by my Orthopedic Doctor on my left knee. As usual Houston Physicians Hospital is always right on schedule and runs like a clock unlike a lot of other places that run an hour behind constantly. Houston Physicians Hospital is always right on time with your scheduled appointment. I did my paperwork and it wasn't but a few minutes that I was called back to the Radiology department for the MRI. It was a lot different from the one I had 5 years ago at a different location. I went in and removed anything metal from my pockets and removed my belt. The tech assisted me up to the table and explained it would be about 15 minutes to run the MRI. The last time I needed ear plugs, this time the tech put headphones on me with some really good music. Looking up at the ceiling there was a very pretty stained glass design in the ceiling with flowers and there was a TV screen in the middle of it!! As soon as I got comfortable and the tech had the table adjusted the TV screen came on and it displayed a big aquarium with fish and sharks swimming around while my music played over the headphones!!! You really don't even realize there is a procedure in progress!! As usual Houston Physicians Hospital goes over the top for any of their patients. I love this Hospital and all of the people that work here. They are chosen based on the work ethic and their people skills and everyone of them are first class employees that make you feel like you're part of their family! I hate going to Hospitals in general, but I don't mind whatsoever coming here! They are the greatest!!!

Terrible service, extremely difficult to access if you are handicapped. If I were dying, I would not go here! I was left hanging in the reception area for over an hour and a half in major pain; I had an appointment for a procedure. I was not informed that my surgeon was running late----totally unprofessional and inexcusable!

I had a bad experience with this hospital's Human Resources department. I don't Believe that they know how to value employees. They are very bureaucratic and take a long time to make decisions. I think they have fake reviews on Google.

Never thought I'd review a hospital on Yelp. My son and I had such a great experience here today in imaging. He had an MRI. Everyone was so friendly, accommodating, and warm. They were very efficient as well. One of the best medical experiences I've ever hard!

Best hospital I’ve been to. I’ve had 2 surgeries here and the nurses and staff are so amazing and truly care for you. The nurse I had,I believe her name was Charla C., was the sweetest and best nurse ever! She truly left an impression on me, shout out to her!!
