Quality Care Health Clinics offers a caring and attentive experience for patients. With over 20 years of service, patients appreciate the doctors who genuinely listen and prioritize their needs. The clinic has also been a reliable source of support during difficult times, as seen when they helped patients in need of pain medication when other offices were closed due to COVID. The staff, including Dr. Osuji, is committed to providing quality care.
This use to be a great place. But now the staff has changed and it is pitiful how incompetent they are. Nobody answers the phone not one live person will answer but they.are stumbling over each other. I seen the office ran great with two people!! I've been seeing Dr Osuji since 2006. It's so ?
The worst receptionist ever! Just had one hang the phone up in my face a couple of months ago the same one told me maybe I should find another provider. The providers are great it's the help up front in the office in Waxahachie, Texas avoid!
My dentist really did a job on my, then I couldn't get pain medication because the office closed down do to covid. QUALITY CARE came to my rescue, thanks to Dr. Osuji and staff.
