I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office, will not be returning, and do not recommend. I waited approximately 35–40 minutes past my appointment time before being brought back. Once I was called back, the dental assistant/hygienist struggled to take my X-rays and repeatedly blamed me, insisting that I was moving my tongue and not biting correctly. I was following her instructions carefully and did not appreciate being made to feel at fault for what appeared to be a lack of experience and technique. The same assistant/hygienist does not know how to take an accurate blood pressure reading. A wrist cuff was used initially and an incorrect reading was taken twice, but these were recorded as correct readings in my chart. I had to request my blood pressure be taken with an arm cuff, and they put the cuff on incorrectly. After I fixed the cuff myself, a normal reading was taken. As a healthcare provider myself, these issues raised concerns about the quality of care and attention to detail being provided. If employees at my clinic offered this type of patient experience to my patients, I would find this extremely unacceptable.
The dentist himself had a great bedside manner and was very kind. The real saving grace of this visit, however, was the blonde woman at the front desk. She was genuinely kind, professional, and understanding. If it weren't for her, I likely would have walked out before the appointment was over. Unfortunately, despite the friendliness of the dentist and front desk staff, my experience with the clinical care team was enough that I cannot recommend this office and will be seeking dental care elsewhere.

$400?? Listen I’m sure they’re a fine dentist. I did get my teeth cleaned and it was okay. I’ve actually been to many dentists and have had a much more thorough teeth cleaning than this one. My complaint however, is the teeth whitening. $400 for two thin trays and ONE whitening gel. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve purchased teeth whitening from a dentist before and gotten some amazing stuff for much cheaper- so I was expecting something phenomenal for $400. One person told me I’d get two whitening gels, another person told me I’d get four. You only get ONE whitening gel. So I paid $400 for you to make clay molds of my teeth, making two tiny thin plastic trays and ONE WHITENING GEL??? Are you kidding me!? After I said something and was clearly irritated, they did give me a second tube. Seriously- just save your money and get something from Amazon.

This is the worst dental office I’ve ever visited. The staff makes a lot of mistakes. They are always running late, I’ve waited over an hour in the past. I’ve come in and had absolutely no work done due to their incompetence to do their job right. Thats happened twice now that I’ve come in for my appointment and left with nothing done because they failed to have the right equipment or mistakes done by the staff. Never go here, not worth the money.
