Not always a five star review but this visit was timely, the dental hygienist was attentive, thorough and very nice. The receptionist was efficient and honest to tell me I had a credit, which I appreciated. Thanks

I will be finding another provider. The wait time is ridiculous come in at 3 for a routine appointment and leave at 6. I’ve complained about this twice. The last time I was about to walk out. Was numbed for a filling and waited an hour before I threatened to walk out. Now I need to reschedule my appointment and because I didn’t know my tire was going to go flat 24 hours before they want to charge me $75. Good bye! I’ll find another dentist that can respect my time just like they want theirs respected!

My daughter was visiting the city for the summer break and had a dental emergency. They got her in within the day and did exactly what she needed to continue her break. Thank you so much for your professionalism, urgency, commitment and knowledge.

I’m always pleased by Dr. Varkey’s due diligence. Apparently he’s teaching all of his staff to be as courteous and painless. To name a few Nadia, Jennifer and Shavon are awesome for their assistance on me having a nice white smile. Kudos to Dr. Varkey and crew including Amanda, Debra, Darice, Monica and Corinne who are the glue, keeping it all together. You all make my trip to the dentist a wonderful visit. Keep up the good work!!!

By far the best dentist office I’ve been too! Clean, professional, sometimes a little slow in service but they also serve a lot of people! I have no complaints longs as they keep letting me use blankets while I wait because it does get cold in there!

I chose this dentistry because it was local and needed my teeth done asap. The atmosphere was very welcoming and pleasant. From the receptionist, and staff who were so caring, and the doctor tremendously was amazing. He educated me with every details with what was going on with me and explained to me the dos and don't concerning my teeth and I truly thank him for that. They took care of the situation which could have led me into more serious health problems. I thank God for this family dentistry practice. I look forward to a next appointment.

The office routinely overbooked, leading to long waits. I was even left in the dental chair mid‑procedure with no updates while the staff juggled other patients. I eventually had to message the front desk. This wasn’t an isolated incident. Billing was also inconsistent, with estimates that didn’t match the final charges. Follow‑up and insurance handling were also poor. Based on my experience, the care quality is mediocre and I highly do not recommend this practice.
