The new owners are attentive to the service they provide. I had a satin outfit that had a stain on the sleeve, the previous owners said they could not get it out but I brought the outfit back in to David, the new owner and he did an excellent job and was able to get the stain out.
I have used this cleaners several times and I can not tell you how pleased I am with their services. First, I am impressed when I am remembered. (*) They removed a stain from a suit jacket with no damage to the fabric at all (**). The laundry service for my white shirts - clean, crisp, with the cuffs folded and neatly clipped in place. (*) The hangers reinforced with foam and cardboard to neatly maintain the shape of my garments until I am ready to wear them.(*)

I have been thoroughly impressed with the new management. They are extremely personable and professional. In such a short time, the improvements have been noticeable, from property renovations to transitioning from pen-and-paper receipts to automation, including text notifications when orders are ready. These structural and operational improvements are definitely a major upgrade! Most importantly, the quality of the cleaning has noticeably improved. My clothes are cleaner, especially my white shirts! Excellent progress and service!! I highly recommend them!!
