I suggest going online. A rock would have been better. I could paint the rock the same pink hair color and place it on a stack of rider applications and I guarantee the rock would have provided a better customer service experience. I'm sure span itself is a phenomenal service, but I'll do everything I can to never go in person. I could be on fire and would still walk past that office.
Most of my experiences with Span have been positive. There have been a few hiccups but mostly the ride has been reliable. The drivers have all been very nice and helpful; however, there was one driver who was exceptional. His name is Maverick and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was extremely helpful, friendly, caring and a truly delightful young man. I would like to say thank you again for his caring and feel he is an asset to your company and should be recognized for his supportive attitude.

Meals served 5 days a week at several senior centers in Denton County and delivering meals to homebound seniors as well as their Senior Paws program that feeds the pets of the homebound seniors.
