I had a great experience with Kevin. He communicated very well. Came out and it was such a simple fix that he gave me a nice discount. I’m thankful for his service and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Called Smokey’s and got ahold of Kevin. Told him what I needed and said he would check with the warehouse to see if he could pickup on Saturday AM for a Saturday install. He texted me back to confirm Saturday was good. He texted me with his ETA and arrived when promised. Took him 60 to 90 minutes to install and explained the operation to me. He cleaned up when done and hauled off all the boxes and packing. This was excellent customer service and the install was very responsive. I highly recommend this business.
