You know that one decision you REGRET in life? Well, this will be one of them if you ever have to deal with Sirius Van Lines, LLC.If this review could be -1,000,000 stars, that's the rating I would give SVL. They are POS service that basically pickup all your moving items and then HOLD IT HOSTAGE for months! In my case about 6 months when I was moving from CA to GA in 2021.They sound nice on the phone in the beginning, but once they have your items, they will NOT answer any emails, phone calls, text or other forms of communication. You will be screwed out of thousands of $$$, and months later, when they finally decide to call you back knowing you are desperate, SVL will try to blackmail you with your own items saying they cannot deliver until you pay 100% FIRST (which is not legal, ill-advised). DO NOT TRUST them!I had to wait over 6 months, and on the day they said they would finally deliver, they were LATE 12+ hours to arrive at near midnight/11pm saying they need payment in cash or money order before they open the truck to give you your OWN items! I played hardball and managed to get the delivery driver's name and ID and would not give it back until they unloaded my property!In the end, my furniture was kept in 100+ degree weather for over 6 months, some of the items were melted, some damaged, some missing --- but I finally did get it back after INTENSE amounts of struggling, headache, stress and emotional/mental damage!AVOID AT ALL COSTS --- if the devil were a moving company, this is THEM.

WARNING!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Worst experience I've ever had in a moving company. Being military for 15 years and having moved several times. Lots of items damaged or missing. Company are hard to contact and doesn't care about your move.At the end of my last move. The company only delivered half of my household goods to my new address. Wanted payment up front before they would start unloading. I believe this is a bad business practice. It allows for no accountability on their side. Once they gave me what they had on the truck they said they would return with another load. Mind you their warehouse is two states away. Guys these people are scammers, all from worker to the person who working in the desk his name is Alex his manager is Alon, they took people money they hold 27000$ of mine. I am here to get my money if you guys want to come and get your stuff and money please they are open. Operating secretly here
