Their attention to detail and communication far surpassed any other company, exterminator or otherwise that we've ever contracted. We brought home bedbugs somehow (my worst nightmare) and they provided both heat and chemical treatment at an affordable price. Erik gave us detailed explanations and information about what was needed and answered any and all questions we had confidently and honestly. He did a fantastic job on the day of treatment! Truly impressed with the professionalism and communication throughout the whole process. “I have used Superteam pest services for a couple years now. I like their services. The cost is reasonable which is important to me. Quarterly service I think is $100 which may be a lot for a spray of a chemical but the value comes in when I have problems during the quarter. I can text them a picture of any problem and then it's taken care of. I look at this as a type of insurance. My friend recently spent $2000 getting rid of pests so spending $100 per quarter is a better option for me.“
