Robert came out today to our home and was amazing. Our previous tech has moved on and I called in because of spiders. The office personnel stated we are due for service at the end of the month. Well she had someone come out the following morning and he was thorough with it.We have experienced nothing but great service with Massey and look forward to a solid long term service contract. Robert went above and beyond and delivered peace of mind. A really nice pleasant man. Thank you Massey
After a few hiccups getting scheduled (miscommunication from the national number to the local office) we finally connected with Simon. He was great! Professional, courteous and explained the process for this visit as well as upcoming visits.
Brett is Awesome! He has the best customer service and is always kind. He is also very knowledgeable and explains processes to me so that I can feel comfortable about the treatment. There have been times when I asked about a certain spider and he was able to tell me what kind it was and put me at ease that it wasn't harmful. If you use Massey, please request Brett, he is the best!!
