With the soil and extreme weather conditions we have here in North Texas, the clay soil needs added nutrients to help your grass looking green and healthy. I typically opt for a double pass and aerate about a week or two prior to application for best results.
Beau has also been great to work with and wants to make sure that the job is done right, even if it means coming back if you aren’t fully satisfied.
