I hate to give onlyfour stars.The staff was the best. All were excellent. My only issue is the phone system. It is so confusing and was so hard to navigate. If not for that a good solid five.

I value caring and service. The Pandemic seemed to have robbed a lot of businesses from having true customer service where people cared at the end of the day to solve the issue.
We had a mix up with the equipment being delivered. The technician contacted his manager, returned to the office to get the right equipment and returned to our home with the equipment needed for travel. He didn't give his frustrations, just solved the problem. This is what's missing. Thank you for just getting the issue resolved.

At first I was hesitant about starting with the machine. Tim explained everything on how to set up your machine online, how to care for your machine, and readings are shared between him and my doctor. He answered all my questions and eased my mind. Everyone I spoke to during this process was very friendly and professional. I'm glad I made the decision to move forward and got my CPAP machine.
