My daughter and I had been using this optometry for years, but this last year was the last year. 2 yrs straight, I've ordered over $500 worth of contacts just for them to sit behind the receptionists because no one thought to call me. Once is a mistake, but twice is blatant, and I won't allow it. Its too bad because we lived the ophthalmologist there.

Alex has always been so kinda and helpful every time I come in to get my eyes examined. She is also super patient and will talk me through the testing so I’m not confused or surprised.

My appointment at Denton optometry was very pleasant. The staff were very helpful, they even helped me understand my vision coverage with my insurance. I feel like they really went above and beyond. I will for sure be returning next year.
